Core 2 Quad Q9400 with an extended phase of support

   Especially for developers of embedded systems and industrial computer company Intel has decided to issue a version of the processor Core 2 Quad Q9400 with support for the extended seven life-cycle. Manufacturer recommends using Q9400 with Intel Q45 Express chipsets and Intel 3210.
Recall that the quad-core processor is based on 45-nm process technology, is working on the clock frequency of 2, 66 GHz, includes 6 MB of level two cache, 1333 MHz FSB bus and has a TDP of 95 Watts.
Vice-president of Intel Digital Enterprise Group and general director of Embedded and Communications Group Doug Davis (Doug Davis) said that the company is also preparing a new model series Intel Atom Z500, adapted for use in embedded systems with severe temperature conditions.
