As we have noted previously, the platform NVIDIA Tegra, initially targeted for use in the MID-devices may soon appear in a larger format devices such as netbuki. At CTIA Wireless 2009, held recently in Las Vegas, the company showed a prototype of NVIDIA mobile device based on the HP Mini 1000, equipped with Tegra processor instead of the usual Intel Atom.
