The company EMC has expanded its product line of SSD-drives with two new models of corporate-level, with 200 tanks and 400 GB. New items will be used in such systems, data storage, as the Symmetrix DMX-4 (High-End segment), CLARiiON (middle segment), as well as the unified storage system family Celerra. According to the manufacturer, the new flash drives geared for use in high-priority applications in the banking sector and financial industry, where the operation should be carried out of a second. New items can handle approximately 6-10 thousand transactions per second. The key difference from the predecessor is the increased disk space. Models Symmetrix DMX-4 with the new drives are already available on the market. Updated CLARiiON and Celerra systems will go on sale later this year.
