Intel Company in the November issue already on the market first processors based on the architecture of Nehalem, with sales should appear as Masthead solutions for enthusiasts, and less expensive devices, operating at a frequency of 2, 6 GHz, instead of extreme 3, 2 GHz. But despite the substantial difference in the working frequency, which is weighty 600 MHz, thermal package of all first Nehalem representatives will be 130 watts.
Of course, this does not mean that Nehalem chips will consume the same power, regardless of the working frequency. This speaks to the fact that all first-nothing will be different, except for a nominal clock frequency, including increasing the operating frequency will allow up to 4 GHz, and using only air cooling. These features should ensure chip demand from the fans overclocking - to Processor Nehalem can be conducted fairly bold experiments.
